Uninstalling TechSmith Relay on Windows

Go to your Control Panel.
For Windows XP users: Open Add or Remove Programs.
For Windows Vista and Windows 7 users: Click Programs and then click Programs and Features.
Locate TechSmith Relay in the list of programs.
Press Uninstall or Change/Remove.
Follow your computer’s procedure to uninstall the program.

You should now have uninstalled TechSmith Relay.

If you are running Mac OS X 10.5.x (Leopard), download this package containing the uninstall script.
If you are running Mac OS X 10.6.x, 10.7.x, 10.8, or 10.9 (Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks), download this package containing the uninstall script.
If you are running Mac OS X 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.12, please visit TechSmith Relay: Relay Recorder (complete) uninstaller for OS X and follow the on-screen instructions. Note: If you get Unidentified Developer message, place the mouse over the file, right-click, and select Open. The message will still appear, however, the word Open will now be displayed as an option.

Locate the script and double-click to open it. Note: If you get unidentified developer error message, place the mouse over the file, right-click, and select Open. The error message will still appears, however, the word Open will now be displayed on the error message.
Run the uninstall script by double-clicking the file on your computer.
Press OK at the confirmation window.
Enter your computer’s account information in the window and press OK.

You should now have uninstalled TechSmith Relay.

You may delete the uninstaller after successfully running the script.
